System 02
Integrated Temperature Control
Automate the air path. System configurations coordinate field controls, weather sensing, motorised openings and fan equipment around the storage structure.
Aeration, recirculation, active cooling
Aeration control
Automated control coordinates weather sensing, motorised openings and fans, so ventilation runs when outside conditions actually help.
Recirculating air conditioning
A closed loop draws air from the bottom aeration ducts and returns it to the upper storage space, avoiding exchange with outside air.
Grain cooling
Dedicated grain-cooling units are used where ambient conditions cannot provide the cooling the storage plan requires.
Temperature-control equipment
Equipment is configured together to coordinate cooling units, ventilation components and local control at the storage structure.

Openings that close themselves
Electric rain caps close automatically in rain or snow and open during aeration operation, so a ventilation run does not become a moisture problem.
Fan configurations cover dual-stage fans, axial fans, mixed-flow fans and control stations. Roof-mounted negative-pressure aeration is available for shallow circular and vertical silos.

Create a controlled internal air loop
A closed-loop system uses the existing bottom aeration ducts, a recirculation fan and insulated piping to circulate air inside the storage structure — drawing from the bottom ducts, returning to the upper storage space, and avoiding exchange with outside air during the loop.
